Using the app with an unpublished site or a site without a domain attachedIf this app is installed on an unpublished Wix site or a site without a domain attached to it, you must manually enter your business description from your App dashboard. If you do not know where your app dashboard is located we have explained it here. The dashboard link is also included in the Welcome email we send. If you do not do this the AI will be clueless to what your business is and in some cases (unpublished website) the AI will not even know the website's URL. NOTE: If you installed this app on an unpublished website or one without a domain and then proceed to publish/add domain after installation - You must head to your App Dashboard and click on "Update" in order for the app to work. Testing from inside the Wix Editor & Password protected Wix Sites/Pages are not supported.

Which languages are supported by the AI?For AI replies, we support all available languages. However the memory system only supports the languages listed here.

How do I train my AI?After you have completed your App Setup, head over to the "AI Training" tab on your App Dashboard and you will be able to train your AI. You have the option to enter a Trigger/Response combination. The Trigger has to be a question or query such as "What is the shipping rate to Virginia" then on the Response you can choose to have something like "Shipping rate to Virginia is $15 inclusive tax"

Will the AI respond accurately from the first user message?Your AI will absolutely respond as a customer support agent, fetching product data, order information (after verification) and perform all customer support duties. However the AI's adaption to your particular business will be gradual as more and more of your customers talk, the better it will get with its responses and your particular use-case. If you want to accelerate its self-training please contact us.

Can I set the time when my AI is active?Yes, just head over to the "AI Hours" tab on your App Dashboard.

What if I want to talk to my customer?Just send the customer a message from your usual Wix Inbox and AI chat for that customer automatically gets paused for a while.

What are AI replies?Every time a user on your site sends a message, the AI model analyzes the message in order to respond to the user. If the model sends back a simple reply such as "Hey nice to meet you! How can I help?" - This would count as a +1 towards your monthly quota. However in certain circumstances the AI model would need to invoke server-side functions in order to provide user with an accurate response. This could include: Searching products in your store Processing the user's query for a longer period Providing the user with a "graceful wait" notification while their request is being processed These events add up towards your monthly quota. You can track your usage from your app dashboard. We offer an overage option so that you never leave your customers hanging without a response. Please contact us to enable it.

What if the AI can’t answer a question?It defaults to informing the user of the support email you will insert on your App Dashboard.

What if the user chooses to talk to someone else?In this case we turn off the AI chat for that particular user and notify you via email. In the email you will have a link to your Wix Inbox, directly to this particular chat. If you would want us to re-enable AI chat for this particular user please reply to that email. How do I set my products up on Wix Stores?There are ways you can help the AI model understand the products on your Wix Store Products on sale: Please use a "SALE" or "sale" ribbon on the product. Popular products: If you have a popular or trendy product please use the ribbon as "Popular" or "POPULAR" New/Fresh products are fetched as per creation date so make sure to keep your inventory fresh.

I do not understand my App DashboardYou will land on the "App Setup" section. You must first set your app up before creating any AI Training rules. AI Training rules become available after you have set your app up. You can monitor your usage with the progress bar on your app dashboard and a total count at the top of the page. For any questions regarding your account please contact Customer Care by going to your Apps Dashboard and clicking the three dots beside the app name.

How do I set the app up?Step 1. After you have installed the Conversion Booster Chat AI app from the Wix App Market, go to the Wix Site Dashboard of the site on which you installed the app. Step 2. On the left hand panel, click on "Apps" Step 3. Click on "Conversion Booster Chat AI" under Apps -> Manage Apps Step 4. Follow the instructions on the page to setup your app Step 5. Click on Save If you already have Wix Chat installed, your AI is now live.

I want to delete the appReally? Okay here's how to do it. Step 1. Please head over to your Wix Dashboard and open the "Apps" from the left hand panel.
